At Pip’s Crochet, every item is handmade with care, and we want you to be beyond delighted with your purchase!
Returns & Exchanges
Returns will not be accepted unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the item
After review, we will provide a replacement free of charge or full refund, whichever you prefer!
Custom Orders and Personal Commissions
All custom or personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded once production begins. Custom orders $100+ require a 50% deposit that is non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations will not be possible.
Shipping & Delivery
Pip’s Crochet is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for tracking issues. If you are facing issues with the carrier, please reach out to us directly so we can help you and resolve the issue!
