Shipping policy

Processing Time

All items are handmade with care, and we take the time to craft each piece carefully.

Orders are processed and shipped twice a week, every Tuesday and Thursday. Depending on the day your order is placed, it will take 1–2 business days to process before shipping.

Custom or personalized orders are based the complexity of the request. Estimated processing times will be provided when placing your custom order. 

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order is sent to the post office, the package should arrive within the business days provided when choosing a shipping method.

Please note that total delivery time is processing and shipping! For example, if you place an order on a Friday, and the shipping method chosen says it should arrive within 2-3 business days, you should receive your order the following Thursday-Friday (2 business days of processing, 2-3 business days being shipped).

Tracking

All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Pip’s Crochet is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier with your tracking information. If you encounter any issues with the carrier, please reach out so we can discuss and resolve this issue. 

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
